On August 1, 2021, I packed what few belongings I had onto a bicycle, and set off to ride around the world. In a trip that will come to span more than 10,000 miles, I rode in a mostly-continuous line from Los Angeles to Istanbul.

Along the way, I made sure to catalog the ever-changing landscape by painting and drawing. Each one of these pieces carries a special memory of its creation for me, and I’ll always be thankful for the experiences I had that brought them into existence.
